Your email address is usually your surname, first initial and the year you started in year 7, followed by @olsbstudent.bhcet.org.uk
Your username (which is what is asked for if Teams asks for your 'credentials') is just the first part that - everything before @. This is what you use when you log on school computers.
Your password is the same one that you use at school (it may have changed since you last used it at home.).
So for example, if your name is John Smith and you started Year 7 in 2020:
- Your username will usually be smithj20
- Your email address will usually be smithj20@olsbstudent.bhcet.org.uk
